At Punjabi Threads – Suits & Stitches, every outfit is made and packed with utmost care. We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it.
However, if something isn’t quite right, our easy and transparent Refund & Exchange Policy ensures you can shop with complete confidence.
🔹 Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We gladly accept returns or exchanges for eligible products that meet the following conditions:
✅ The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
✅ All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
✅ The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
✅ The item was not custom-stitched, altered, or personalized (see below).
🔸 Items Not Eligible for Return
To maintain hygiene and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-stitched suits or made-to-measure garments
- Altered or resized outfits
- Fabrics that have been cut or modified
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items
- Accessories (e.g., dupattas, buttons, lace, etc.)
🧵 Since each custom piece is tailored to your measurements and preferences, we are unable to offer refunds once stitching begins.
📦 Return Process (Australia)

Submit a Return Request
Email us at info@punjabithreads.com.au or message +61 469 868 177 within 7 days of delivery, mentioning your order number and reason for return. -
Pack Securely
Repack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. -
Ship Back to Us
Send your parcel to our return address (provided in the confirmation message).
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item received was defective or incorrect. -
Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your parcel, our team inspects it within 2–3 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you wish to exchange for a different size, color, or design (for non-custom items):

Exchanges are processed after we receive the original item.

If the requested product is out of stock, we’ll offer a store credit or alternative option of equal value.
⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Item Received
In the rare case you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately at no extra cost to you.
