Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, and in-store Square POS payments.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
For ready-to-ship items, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we’ll try our best to help.
For custom stitching, once cutting or stitching begins, changes or cancellations are not possible.
Q: Do you offer gift cards or store credits?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards and store credit that can be used for future purchases.
You can contact us to issue one for any amount you like.
🧵 Stitching, Sizing & Measurements
Q: How do I share my measurements for custom suits?
At checkout, you can write your measurements in the order notes or send them directly via WhatsApp.
We also offer a home measurement service in select Melbourne suburbs (by appointment).
Q: How long does custom stitching take?
Usually, 7–14 business days, depending on the design complexity and workload.
Bridal or heavily embroidered outfits may take longer — we’ll confirm timelines during consultation.
Q: Can you alter outfits I already own?Toggle title
Yes! We provide alteration and fitting services for all types of suits, kurtis, and dresses.
You can bring your garment to our boutique or ship it to us — we’ll adjust it to fit perfectly.
Q: Do you make bridal or party wear outfits?
Absolutely. We design and stitch bridal, party, and festive outfits with detailed handwork, embroidery, and finishing.

🚚 Shipping & Pickup
Q: How long does shipping take within Australia?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days, while express delivery takes 1–3 business days.
We’ll share your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?Toggle title
Yes! We deliver worldwide. Delivery usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on location and customs.
Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
Q: Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, customers near Donnybrook, Craigieburn, and surrounding areas can choose Free Local Pickup during checkout.
We’ll message you to confirm your pickup time once your order is ready.
💖 Returns & Refunds
Q: What if my outfit doesn’t fit perfectly?
If it’s a ready-made outfit, you may request an alteration or exchange (within 7 days).
For custom-stitched garments, we can make small adjustments if required — just contact us.
Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
